Frequently Asked Questions

Your dog is my biggest concern. The services I provide are customized to you and your dog's needs.  I am experienced in working with all types of dogs, from the shy and fearful to the loud and aggressive.  I work with all personality types, sizes, breeds, and ages. I pride myself on using positive reinforcement when working with your dog. I work hard on turning every "No" into "Yes".  I am fully insured, bonded, and certified in doggy CPR. 

You and your dog's trust and comfort is my biggest concern. The meet-n-greet gives you and your pup the ability to see if I'm the right fit for your adventure.  The meeting lasts approximately a half hour but there is no time limit. I will take as much time with you and your pup as necessary to answer any and all questions and to acquire all necessary information regarding your dog's care/training. We will then decide on a path forward that's right for you and your dog. Best of all, it's FREE!

Ren's Pups, LLC requires full payment at the first training session by Zelle, Venmo, cash or check (made out to Ren's Pups). 

Upon signing of the contract, your day and time is reserved for 6 consecutive weeks. We will allow for 1 cancellation from client to be made up the week after the 6th week. Further cancellations forfeit the lesson with no make-up session. Cancellations based on weather or otherwise cancelled by Ren’s Pups, will not lose a session. 

Contract cancellations must be made 48hrs. prior to start of training to receive full refund. Cancellations made after this time forfeit all refunds.
